1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The kettle must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are your electric kettles safe to use?
Yes. All Kettlisse kettles include multiple safety features such as automatic shut-off when water boils, boil-dry protection, and cool-touch handles.
6. What materials are your kettles made from?
We offer kettles made from high-quality food-grade stainless steel, borosilicate glass, and premium plastic. All materials are BPA-free and safe for boiling water.
7. Do the kettles have temperature control?
Yes. Many models feature variable temperature settings (e.g., 160°F for green tea, 212°F for boiling), allowing you to brew different types of tea and coffee perfectly.
8. How fast do your kettles boil water?
Our kettles are designed for rapid boiling — most can bring a full kettle of water to a boil in 5–8 minutes depending on capacity and model.
9. Are the kettles easy to clean?
Yes. Most models have wide openings for easy cleaning. Stainless steel and glass kettles can be wiped with a damp cloth or descaled with vinegar periodically.
10. Are the kettles cordless?
Yes. All our electric kettles feature a cordless base with 360° swivel for easy pouring and convenient use.
11. What capacity do your kettles have?
We offer kettles ranging from 1.0L to 1.8L, suitable for individuals, couples, or families. Exact capacity is listed on each product page.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my kettle arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
